Been using the fade consensus system on the big plays so far in the prick contest for some of my wagers and haven't lost many yet.
The current top 5 most lopsided BTP plays this week are:
Vikings 124-vs Cleveland 24
Giants 120- vs Carolina 29
Packers 136 vs Bengals 30
Texans 82 vs. Ravens 31
AND the #1 most lopsided plays this week is 40 OVERS vs 3 UNDERS in the Detroit/wash game.
As for me, I went 2-0 last Sunday (Cowboys n Bucs), hit my Thursday game with NC state, and won my play on Utah St. today.
8-2-1 in the prick contest also.
Safe to say I'm hot right now in football, and I never expect to continue that trend in this sport, so I think I am definitely fade material on my Week 3 NFL wager.
My leans this week? Panthers, Patriots, Jaxx, Tenn
My big bet? Panthers +1.5
I go to my usual losers at work and see who they like (They were all on USC saturday), and the one game almost all of them sucked off this week was the Giants. Which was awesome for me, because when I first looked at the card Carolina was already my game and what looked to be the easiest play on the board.
Lemme tell you something guys, the GIANTS ARE HORRIBLE.
They may win 5 games.
That whole division is awful.
I'm gonna go with Carolina at home here on the flip, and I feel they should be -3 this game at the least.
Carolina could easily be 2-0. They aren't THAT BAD IMO.
Cam Newton should have a party for once against this brutal Giants defense.
Giants have given up 80 pts in 2 games. Carolina has been kinda stingy on defense, and just needs to learn how to close games out. Blown 2 4th quarter leads this year already.
Won't happen today, I expect a 10 pt win and Eli will continue to throw picks at a record pace (7 in 2 games now).
PANTHERS +1.5
BOL today boys.
I don't plan on posting plays once I cool down, but may as well enjoy the ride for a minute while it's going well.
The fade the forum system in the prick has been huge so far this year.
