    That Colorado Buffalo negro coach who after going 1-11, accused the institution of racism after getting fired, pretty much ended it for black coaches for the near future. Who wants to have to deal with the repercussions of firing an incompetent negro HC, and then be accused or racism...or not giving 2nd chances................whatever that means....the truth is that they just aren't any good, or else they would be employed.

    If the right candidate is black a team will hire him. It's about coaching abilities not color of the skin. Black players will listen to a white coach if they know their job is on the line but they tend to play less hard for a black coach because they think he won't release them.

    I think you mean cornerback. There are a lot of white Safeties in the NFL. In fact, any white guy that can play CB in the NFL inevitably gets moved to Safety, look at Eric Weddle for example. Is this racist? I dunno, but I find it interesting.

    Whatever happened to we hire the BEST MAN FOR THE JOB PERIOD!!! And if this is a race issue why is it always revolving around the poor "African American" and there never ending troubles (alot of which is self inflicted but that's another story).
