    just heard brees supposedly wants 20.5 yearly average which in nfl obviously means nothing. guy can be fukkin cut tomorrow

    and team is offering 19.25 average

    seriously a team in utter turmoil with a head coach and d coord booted and vilma gone and you are squabbling over 1.25 mill average for the face of the franchise and the face of the city basically

    And the fact the Saints were the Aints when he got there. He made them relevant again.

    I'm sure the Dolphins wish they had this chance to resign him.

    Saints shouldn't be thinking twice about signing this guy to what he is asking.

    if the bounty gate had not occurred and this contract situation was happening you would be scratching your fukkin head

    add bounty gate and it really makes no sense

    everyone knows there are around 5 guys in the league who you basically hand a blank check to and tell them to fill it out. he's one

    maybe they know something we don't know. if they franchise him he can be an unrestricted free agent next year. loophole in his contract

    bet he fukkin walks if that happens
