    well the problem is that 25 of the teams SUCK !

    the talent is stretched so thin...and colleges dont groom anyone for the pros...only for their own interests and self preservation..

    Kinda like the Heisman Trophy .... 80% if not more are jokes in the NFL lately...

    anyway...the talent coming up is not being groomed at all..and half the teams run that sh*TTY spread offense that doesnt work on Sunday....meaning guys are coming in far behind the curve to teams that shouldnt have one...
