have you ever heard the cliche'd statments "its a marathon, not a sprint" or "you can't win the game in the first quarter" well they are very true when it comes to sportsbetting...ditch the multi team parlays is your first step, use sparingly on 2 teamers on the moneyline...never play more than 5% of your roll on 1 bet, and keep your emotions in check (biggest one of them all) frustration, screaming, breaking things will only lead to losing your roll...good luck
