First of all shout outs to all my crew in the ML Parlay and discussion thread..

I usually don't start a thread here, my plays are posted daily in the ML parlay and discussion thread. But I figured what the heck, feel good about this play.. Don't usually risk this much on one play but feel this one to be worth the risk. Here is my play and the reasoning behind it.

Minnesota: Northwestern is pathetic, they haven't won a conference game all season and the only time they really got close was against crappy broken down Iowa.

NW 1-14 vs teams with winning record
NW 51.5 DEF FG% in conference..

A Tubby Smith coached team is not going out to a pathetic excuse of a team like NW.




Baylor: Colorado simply doesn't have the offensive firepower to keep up with Baylor.

Baylor 81.3ppg

Baylor's guard play is superior to Colorado and in games like this Guards are what gets it done.. Baylor needs this game to get into the tourney plenty of motivation. Baylor beat Colorado on the road by 11 recently..



UNLV: UNLV is at home where they are 16-2 this season. TCU is 1-10 on road with their only win coming against a pathetic Colorado St..

I don't know if some of you have noticed, but the much better defense @ home angle is solid.. UNLV will not let down their fans.. Plus TCU has no answer for Wink..

For what it's worth... Northwestern went 1-17 in conference. They beat Michigan at Michigan 62-60 in February breaking a 20 game Big Ten losing streak (including Big Ten Tourney games).

That shouldn't change anything here, though. 1 win in their last 24 Big Ten games is unimpressive.

Note to Self: Take a look at Colorado next year! The Buffs were a pesky dog all season (I won with them when they beat Oklahoma). I sure didn't think they'd beat Baylor in the tournament though.
