    Any Sportsbooks have NCAA Bracket Pools? Paid Entry??

    Seems like it'd be very popular if you could choose the size of the pool you join and different $ amounts.... any books offer this??

    Thanks. Looks like the BetOnline pool is an unlimited # of entrants but only Top 20 spots payout
