    3 hours later and still not over it. Could well be the most unlikely NCAA loss I've ever seen. Just a perfect storm that came in for Mich. Burke deserves major credit for that 3 but it never should have been close to that being a game-tying shot. You knew going into OT who was going to come out with W.

    I had Michigan, but your answer is flawed:

    A) Coach should have made sure they kept the ball in the hands of a good ft shooter.
    B) That last play was drawn up by Bill Self and the player executed it exactly the way Bill asked him to.

    I had Michigan so wasnt to upset at turn of events obviously. The whole issue IMO is that KU had a super long TO(which they didnt have to take) because of the clock review and thats the play that they came up with!? I just dont understand it

    He shot it with 12 left so it could be a 1 point game with 12 seconds. Pretty sure Kansas was in the 1-1 still so it could turn out Michigan ball down 1 with around 10 seconds. I'm all for fouling if there's like 4 seconds left but there was still a lot of time.

    While this was Bill Self's first ever loss to Michigan, you have to wonder why on earth he was willing to enable Elijah Johnson like that. Leaving aside the fact that the hit to McGary's nuts shoulda been a Flagrant 2 + Ejection, not only does he not bench him for screwing his team for no reason, he lets him come back into the game with 2 fouls and he immediately picks up the 3rd. Its not like Nadir Thaarpe was having a tough time passing to Withey and Ellis who Michigan had ZERO answer for, or that McElmore wasn't playing like the #1 overall pick that he is, or that Releford is much more reliable and less of a head case than Johnson.

    Still, as a Michigan fan, I'll take it. Hopefully we'll have an answer for Patric Young and Casey Prather, and that Marquette beats Cuse so we don't have to face their all power forwards and centers lineup.

    To be fair wasn't everyone on ESPN saying Kansas was an overrated #1 seed? I know they were all over Tom Crean's jock, but I thought the so-called "experts" were pro Louisville and IU and thought Kansas and Gonzaga were overrated. #WaitsfortheHate.
