    Nobody said they were going to play hard to to try to win it, all I said was the winner of that game would probably be the 1 seed assuming both win out to that point.

    you're crazy if you think any team could care less about conference title games + the big 12 game will likely be for a 1 seed. nobody rests up they go at it hard 3-4 days straight.

    Being seeded #1 is not a top priority for good coaches that have been there/done that ......making sure that your best players get enough rest to last deep in the tourney is what the smartest and top coaches will be doing. I've seen it happen year in year out. Go ahead and lay your money with that mentality in these conference title games and you'll go broke.
