    Marquette +135

    ND is just not a good team, Marquette's speed will bother their shooters and Marquette should be able to get lots of easy baskets, the only thing that scares me is the refs, if they call a semi fair game Marquette should roll.

    i hate it how everyone blames a loss/win on the refs. If Notre Dame wins/ or Marquette wins, I bet is b/c they are better not b/c of refs.

    Harongody and company won't let Notre Dame lose 2 straight home games. Notre Dame wins.

    This must be considered in the play IMO...how can thousands of screaming fans not influence a couple of calls?? If this game is close at the end, Marquette is screwed ...

    Strictly, I have the utmost respect for you, but in one post I remember how you chastised someone for saying they were unlucky in losing a game. Does home court help sometimes with the refs? Sure, I take that possibility into account before betting. Good luck!

    I'm not making any excuses, you are misinterpreting what I'm saying. Certain games, the refs have a bigger role then others, I feel this game isn't even close, but if the refs decide to call ticky tack fouls on Marquette, they can keep ND in the game. If this happens and it causes me to lose then obviously I was wrong and you won't hear me cry about it, a loss is a loss, and know it doesn't matter how it happened. I was just offering a scenario that I feel could lead to an ND win.

    ND is just very overrated, they shoot the ball well but Hargody is garbage, and they are a slow team, Marquette's team speed shut down McClarney that was the key. Also this was actually a very fairly officiated game.
