    utterly ridiculous that a team who only played one ranked team in reg season is in the championship game..st johns played 11 ranked teams= more chance for injury, players get emotionally/physically tired...ohio state played 7 ranked teams...time to implement home games in the tournie for the better teams...

    Good post.The ncaa tournament setup renders many games in the regular season and these comical league tournaments at the end of the regular season increasingly irrelevant. The big east deserves a team in the ncaa championship after that big east schedule.
