Can someone please explain the crazy line movement on this game? Everything I see says NO can cover the original +8. Does anyone have any insight on why not to take NO +10 against the suns tonight?

the line movement is easy to explain. public is heavy on the suns. now if they can cover or not is a good question. ima stay away and pick a better game to wager on
