I have a 50 dollar ticket Boston/GSW at +400 to reach the finals I bought right before these two series started.
I didn't buy into the Dallas hype, I thought GSW would waylay them while every average Joe was touting Dallas.

I still need two more from Boston, but that 200 dollar payoff looks good right now.

And yeah, I think Boston is going to have a matchup nightmare vs. GSW.

I like Celtics pivot men Horford/Williams, but Green and Looney neutralizes that.
Brown is the key for the C's, and Smart needs to be 100 percent.

The east teams beat the hell out of each other

Not the best golden State team, but they're going to win the title

They're good but are destroying a 1 man team, have said early on that it will be GS/Boston finals and still think Boston can beat them, just need mavs to extend the series and no more injuries in eastern conference finals, Boston going to win game 5 and hopefully 6

Who did G.S. really beat? Denver had 2 starters out right? Memphis had no experience.... too young. Dallas had a 1 man show... we knew Kerr would be able to stop that....

But... again... who have they played?? Not 1 Full strength team with experience. Both Miami and Boston would give G.S. trouble in the paint. It won't be a cake walk.

Threads like these are so stupid. It wasn't even a few decades ago but a few years ago Warriors were heavily favored to win but still lost the Finals. And it was a classic mush hit job where moron picked Durant to win Finals MVP and Weed picked Curry to win it... and the rest was history. This place is almost like little girls seeing a pony... calm down.

i told you the other day to get on them they were -155 after going up 3-0 that's a better series price than they will be after winning 4-0 or 4-1 vs mavs

Curry 1-2 in finals without KD and he was lucky Irving got hurt that year.

    Boston is just as good.

If Smart is 100 percent healthy and Brown is sharp, yes, then we got a potential seven game epic.
Smart can make Steph's life uneasy.

The Warriors were injured the last time they lost in the finals or it would be 2-1; Dubs are gonna beat them if they get by Miami.

The Cavs were injured the first time. I have no sympathy for all star teams.

3 Finals (off the top of my head) in which the underdog had no business winning the title...

    2011 Dallas Mavericks
    2016 Cleveland Cavaliers
    2019 Toronto Raptors

But this is the NBA... where AMAZING HAPPENS

I like that bet Nasher. I've been saying to anybody who would listen to me that the Celtics would make it out of the East and once the Suns went down the Warriors became the default best team in the West and probably the Final four in the Conference finals. I still think the Celtics vs Warriors will be the Finals matchup but I'm a little nervous that the Heat could find a way with home court advantage to beat the Celtics.

Injuries are part of the game you could argue that the Warriors could have beaten the Raptors if Klay and KD didn't get injured in that series.

If they match with Boston, Boston will give them a tough time, will be interesting to see what happens. I can't see them losing though. God Bless.

I agree because Boston is tough defensively and has enough size to bother Golden State. It won't be a short series if they face Boston but I still lean to Golden State taking it if they play Boston because they got too much firepower.

Lets hope for a 7-game epic to make up for the uninspiring games so far! More drama in the PGA final round alone than the current playoff run...
