    Blatt is mismanaging his bench.

He is running the starters into the ground so bad that they can't
even perform at the highest level. This is a major mistake.

When you have healthy, fresh players on the bench being unused
such as Shawn Marion and Kendrick Perkins - guys who are top notch
veterans - this is an unforgivable neglect. There should be more outrage
especially because the starters are so worn out. Mike Miller has been used
a little but not enough either.

I can guarantee you that if Blatt doesn't start using the veterans on his bench
the Cavs won't win another game in this series. Golden State is stacked - and
they have a coach who plays the team wisely.

Marion should have had at least 10 minutes per game in this series - especially last game
and Perkins should be relieving Mosgov.
Why the heck did they sign these guys if they aren't going to play when its needed ?

Blatt is so bad. He contributes nothing. One could legitimately argue that he is a liability.

Cavs need to slow the pace too. Last game they tried to play more uptempo and it cost them.

yup, let's face it.. any high school coach in America could be the HC of Cleveland

and they would still be right here.

    Blatt is not NBA.

Wow. What a bunch of idiots. The Cavs are tied 2-2 in the finals, w/out Irving and Love, against the Warriors team that has posted incredible off. AND def. efficiency numbers, yet Blatt is the culprit for Cavs not winning 4-0. Wow. Reality check, anyone ?

Methinks ye all a bunch of losers who jumped on the Cavs bandwagon too late into the series.

Cavs won 2 games without playing Marion, Kendrick, Haywood and rest of the bench.. Blatt will stick to his 7-8 man rotation. I don't think Cavs bench will help them win, they're non factors in this series.

Blatt is a better NBA HC than Steve Kerr. At least Blatt has some decent international basketball credentials.

Nobody on that bench can help the Cavs beside Miller. Warriors will make a 10-0 run in two minutes if Marion or Perkin plays.

being in there they would be providing essential relief, so it's not only about how
they play - which nobody can diss until it happens - but the benefit of providing rest
for starters who obviously are getting very burned out.
you don't know how "bad" it would be - what can it do for them to take
some minutes you guys act like the sky will fall.
well i think that's wrong and Blatt is mismanaging his chess pieces.

Again guess who Steve Kerr last played for and learned from the San Antonio Spurs and Coach Poppovich. The best chess master in the NBA!

Its too late 40 mins a game is too much for most guys. I was one of the ones who was waiting to see if gs would get to -8 this morning but it didn't. Got em at 8.5. I don't think Delavedova will have enough legs or Thompson will have enough legs today to guard Curry and grab boards. Its about time GS will play like GS and they will do that it game 5. Its about that time of the month Lebron will be on his period and get cramps!

If the Cavs slow the game down, they won't get as fatigued and the bench won't be as much of a factor. Also, that's perfect strategy if GS starts the small lineup again, Cavs should work it into the bigs and bang the offensive glass. Ball control offense has proven an effective defense against the speed and rhythm shooting of GS, Cavs need to get back to that.

Good strategy. However, GS has finally figured out the Cav's. And, in my opinion, Cleveland has "no bench" to help them out. Blatt, uses only 7-8 players every game so far. I respect your opinion, but Blatt is no NBA Coach. If it wasn't for LBJ, they would be going nowhere. You have seen LBJ call the plays over ruling the coach ???

Blatt is a better coach than Kerr. He only uses 7-8 players because that's all he can effectively use. Riley won 5 rings and was know for shortening his bench in big games. Using a short bench isn't a huge deal like some are making it out to be.

There is a reason OKC dumped him.

It was painful to watch. The Cavs were winning the game.
Warriors didn't even play very well last night.
    - Moscov on bench until 4Q - unimaginable.
    - Miller plays great but is given virtually no time.
    - Marion and Perkins again no time.
    - all Cavs starters obviously gasping and unable to perform, especially parts of 2Q,
most of the 3Q and 4Q while capable relievers waste away sitting down.
    - Directionless timeouts, no intentional play calls, no well-constructed spreads or isolations.

Pathetic. Cleveland fans should be outraged.

This. f Lebron has close to normal game they win. Ifhe had played Mzgov strong minutes again they win last night. Bad Coach.
