    unless you live in miami, no one should care. they don't have to tank it will happen anyway (lottery pick that is) they had their 4 year window and won twice. now let the sacramento kings win one or utah jazz or some other beleaugered franchise out of the way too many 30 team nba circus. winning is way overrated anyway. for gamblers covering your bet far more important than your local team winning a championship.
