    JJ wanted an NBA winner from me. I happen to have a little home doggy I like Monday.

    Big matchup tonight in the NBA.
    Pacers at Portland.
    2 of the hottest teams outta the gate, Portland being the surprise.
    Most ppl saw Indiana just come up short last year and knew they would be contending hard this year.

    Both teams on the 2nd night of a back-to-back here. I love home teams in these spots when it happens.
    So I obviously LOVE the fact we are getting plus money here on a team that even in the past when mediocre, still did very well at home.

    Tough call. Pacers are good on defense and the Blazers are good on offense. I think it will come down to Pacers sometimes suspect offense against the Blazers suspect defense.

    Actually this is a valid point Benny. The Pacers were already relaxing in their hotel rooms and watching Lakers/Blazers on tv, so they are not really on a B2B tonight. It was the Blazers who flew into their own city late at night. Anyway good luck with your play...

    Blazers on the surface seem like they matchup well with INDY but look deeper and you can see that their bench will probably struggle.

    Their record is inflated.
    They have beaten ONE team over .500 all year. The eastern conference is horrible.
