    Brandon Roy to the Wolves

    2 years 10 mil

Could be HUGE if his knees are better

Rubio, Roy, Williams/Budinger (most likely Batum will be in this spot), Love, Pekovic

    Playoffs here we come!

Surprised he did not go to the Bulls. Bulls must have not been interested anymore. Don't think he'd pick a possibly play contender over a possible championship contender when he knows his time is limited.

yep. portland has 3 days to match the offer. So basically they have to choose if they want Batum or Hibbert

Seems like they are doing everything they can to become contenders very soon. Don't have too much time with Adelman as head coach

obviously not contenders but an 8 seed maybe. Roy is still an elite player with bad knees.

Dwight should just retire and go wherever he wants, is that how this works now?

Think of that statement. A role player, or an All-star.

Thinking the wolves are getting stuck with an overpaid batum.

Think of that statement. Hibbert, an all-star. You know the East is weak when that fck makes it. Batum has skills, Hibbert is 7 foot and can make a 10 footer.

Hibbert is a solid player. Twolves would be smart to give him the money instead of Batum. Hibbert/Love front court is nasty.

Hibbert is solid, as solid as a 7 footer comes. Same reason Koufos was drafted and my own Fab Melo was a 1st round pick. If I was 7 foot, I'd be in the NBA. The only skill he has is his size.

Knees don't just get better...especially in the shape that Roy's are in.

And anyone who thinks Batum is more valuable than Hibbert ain't too sharp.

Batum is a very underrated player. He will show this season he is not even close to just being a role player.

exactly. if the wolves get him, i don't think people realize how good their team is gonna be. seems like most people don't actually realize how good rubio is. He will definitely get better too. The addition of a good SG in Roy and a SF like Batum will boost this team. Bench is solid too with Barea, Williams, Budinger, darko and johnson (the last 2 guys suck on offense but pretty good defense. Would rather see them off the team but they aren't the worst i guess)

Could be big for Twolves, especially if he's more than 85%

If Roy is back, the Wolves will be a #4-#5 seed. Roy was absolutely a closer. Something Love and Rubio need.

So happy for Brandon. Went to the same high school as him, so I've always followed him very closely during his NBA career. Still not totally sold on how healthy he is. I was listening to a radio report in Seattle saying that he still can't play basketball for 20 minutes without his knee swelling up. He literally has no knees, and we all know knees are very important in basketball. I doubt he'll play more than 25 minutes a game. But if Adelman can manage his minutes and keep him fresh for an entire 82 game season, I think he should be okay. As long as people don't expect the old Brandon Roy, I don't think people will be let down.
