Just my personal opinion, but I don't think the Thunder can survive another demoralizing loss to the Miami Heat. Heck, I don't even know if they can win the series if Miami wins another game.

I am hoping JJ's twenty-seven grand position was merely air to shill money for the forum and other books, or that other guy who dropped two five-grand bets was exagerating. It's behavior like this that gives support to those critics who debate that gambling is a victimless crime. Isn't it amazing how time flies when you're driving down to the casino but seems to take forever after a losing day and you are driving back. All that bullshit about 'bet with your head, not over it,' or 'money management,' or 'gambling problem? call 212-0000' is nonsense to cover the fact that the family car is gone, the marriage is ruined, the kids can't attend private school this year.

No. I did not have Oklahoma, but I am pulling for them, and I know that most people bet Okla, took them in the money line, and bet the over. That's a lot of pain out there. I am pulling for JJ, too, although he may be playing us, but I do think he bet something significant on the series. Well, it's far from over. Thanks for your thoughts. Miami just looks hungry to me. Maybe Okla just can't get acclimated to the pressure.

Don't worry, Sam. I am employed and in my 60s and ready to retire. I just know that most people lost tonight, am rooting for JJ's bet on the series, and I know of some sad stories with gambling. I am personally "rooting" for the Okla, but I guess that sounds kind of 'square,' but it is true. I was pretty damned impressed with that post that "Sharps" made about the under. Man, he had that game 'nailed.' Even the opening line for the next game was at 192—exactly what he predicted the sharps were figuring the game to be. Best of luck to you, Sam.
