    I think the -10.5 spread is reasonable. Isn't not the best play on the board, but Chicago is definitely the preferred side. I'd roll it into a teaser play.

    I was merely talking after the fact (retrospective analysis). "I" is the most important part of my post. It "I" were to bet on the Bulls at -10.5 then "I'd" roll it into a teaser play (please note the post tense).
