Sure did look pissed...I wonder what he was saying on the bench about Scotty Brooks. Brooks showed some balls of steel benching him for the entire fourth.

So lame how the media will try to make this more than it is, Russ was getting frustrated but hes a professional competitor of course hes going to be pissed when he turns the ball over then hears it from his coach...regardless the Thunder won, Series tied @ 1, advantage Thunder, and Westbrook is still one of the most explosive sickest players in the NBA.

Whole thunder team is a bunch of humble dudes that is shocking considering its the NBA. Of course that's all because KD is the em effin man and the classiest guy in sports. Westbrook will be fine. Remember after game 7 when Brooks said Westbrook was the leader of the team? Im sure its cool just Dont turn it over and you get minutes. Plain and simple.

Got to give Brooks credit here

Hopefully Westbrook learns from this and even becomes better

The other two guards are almost as good as him and real young also

    Good competitive competition

I really like OKC with how young and talented they are. It's like they are a super college team. Durant would be a rookie if he stayed all four years at Texas.

Brooks pulled the same thing Spoelstra did kinda when Spoelstra sat two bigs, Im thinking Brooks doesnt sit Westbrook if Spoelstra didnt sit those bigs. These coaches are really trying to win by any means necessary and its good they dont care what people thinks about it or ruffling any player's feathers. Too much pressure to keep your job, is something aint working at least you can say you tried, good job by the coaches, Westbrook was hurting the team in some instances.

What funny thread...OKC is now a dynasty all of a sudden because they made some key shots in the 4th and won 1 game by 6 points...

    Dallas wins the series 4-2

That's how a real coach does it. Scott Brooks is real deal. Been saying it for some time.

It is not hard to see why the books clean up, the amount of idiots on this site is in the thousands.
After game 1 Dirk is unstoppable, after game 2 Dallas are done

I think that is a good strategic move to bench players who are not producing. This make players, no matter who they are to up their game and start producing if they want to earn them minutes.

I mean how do you know what or how works what if your weapon x is sitting on the bench? You have to play them some, test them to see how they fair up with the offense and defense and you use that idea for the next game.

Looks like they got somewhat of an answer for dirk. OKC needs to stop dirk, stop dallas bread and butter and win games. Dallas needs to do the same thing. They need to find the right formula for a better match up to win games. You can't find that equation by having your starters who plays 48 minutes. Dallas will need to adjust because OKC might use the same game plan as game 2 to inch their winnings.

It is hard enough for Dallas to win with a back to back 100+ points. I'm sure dallas knows it by now that they need to push the tempo, plays 48 minutes worth of it just to compete with an okc team who practically lives in the 100+ points per game model.

It is like saying, first team gets to the 100+ marker wins.

he is good in the beginning of games i notice, aggressive and a little crazy. later in the games he is too crazy and tunnel vision/selfish. i like his psychotic methods of driving to the rim he is my favorite oklahoma city player, but he is too crazy late in games.

i must concur with this as well.

for the conspiracy theorists out there, think about what would be a more marketable finals out of the 4 remaining teams than a rematch of the mavs/heat after the mavs famously choked it away in 06? we'll see who starts getting the key calls now.
