Jericho/Punk feud is too good to end now, can't have Jericho lose at back to back PPVs.
But then I was all over Cena winning at Wrestlemania too. (Notice how Rock has not been mentioned since the Monday after? Always a good sign that your signature performer lose to a guy who's wrestled one match in about 8 years and then disappears a day later without mention)
I'm not so sure that Shaemus is a lock. Daniel Bryan and his "yes, yes, yes" theme are gaining popularity. I could see the underdog Bryan winning (by cheating of course). Brock Lesnar's 1st PPV isn't going to be a loss or the entire "invincible" thing would go in the toilet. Orton could get revenge for Kane attacking his dad...seems like Orton wins. The Big Show has been getting the best of Cody Rhodes. Rhodes is due to turn the tables on him.
if jericho loses, cleanly, to punk again then he is officially buried. i don't think they want to bury him so early in his return, considering he plans to stick around till at least august.
punk won in this arena back in july. chicago is his home town. vince has a track record of having "hometown heroes" (so to speak) lose in front of their rabid fans. i doubt they let him win twice in a row in front of his hometown faithfuls.
punks held the strap for 5 1/2 months. thats an incredibly long time in the present day product. a loss tonight wouldn't hurt his main event status whatsoever.
i can see punks "family" getting pulled into the match by jericho, him using that to get a dirty win over punk and garnering further heat as one of the top heels.
