    Without Locked, the 5- Dornoch is 4-5, and the 1- Speaker Easy is 6-5 with 5 min out.... both not my kind of horses that I would bet on....

    yeah Mr. G&T I am under the impression it costs a nice sum of coin to acquire a license in MY state to run a race book. maybe the books are in negotiation to lower the cost. who knows? will keep you updated.
