    ———- Sharks get Erik Karlsson!!!!

    The Ottawa Senators have dealt Erik Karlsson and Francis Perron to the San Jose Sharks. In return, the Senators will get a first-round pick in 2019 or 2020, centre Chris Tierney, a second-round pick in 2019 (the best of the two San Jose currently has), prospect centre Josh Morris, prospect Rudolfs Balcers, and defenceman Dylan DeMelo.

    Wow! Wonder how many points will come from Burns and Karlsson (most likely not paired together). Sharks might be the highest scoring team in the league this year. It's going to open up a lot of ice for the forwards.

    This is bigger then John Tavares going 2 Toronto- 2 of the best defensive guys on 1 team that can light it up on offense !!!!

    Going to be fun to watch the Sharks and Leafs. I like Pacioretty to Vegas as well. He will have a great year there.

    Great move if they win in the next couple years. Still need to extend Pavelski. That 2019 cap is gonna be rough if they re-sign.
