Does Michigan even need to beat Iowa ???

Looking at Iowa +1200 but might b deeper value in a parlay

    florida state is a pk

    and Georgia -4 vs bama

I could see a scenario that Michigan is in before they play

Let’s say everyone lost… here would be the CFP. Michigan needs to win and they all do to be in. Everyone except maybe Georgia. They’d drop to 4.

I don’t disagree, I graduated from Michigan but the media breathes really hard every time they talk about Alabama and JAWJA.

GO LIONS! Yes- I don’t think they will leave it up for any questions. They will be dialed and focused.

The penetrate Johnny? Michigan loses to Iowa and beats 3 Mac teams, and a bunch of lower run B10 teams and they should "still be in" with a loss? Dude, I want that shit you're smoking because that fukking pipe has magic in it pal.

Why doesn’t Georgia have to win? I do think if Bama beats them, they will need Mich to lose, maybe FSU also.

Now do Georgia’s schedule, it’s basically the same quality as Michigan. They even have a MAC team on it.

I guess it all depends on whether you want to play against #3 Washington or banged up #4 FSU team (or replaced by a one loss team if FSU lose). I rather play against #4 team.

Penn state and Ohio state were top 10 teams.

I find it absurd, with coach finally back on the sidelines AND a perfect record coming in, thatr MICHIGAN will give anything less than 100% today. Doesn't guarantee a win, but taking the other side straight up, seems a very likely loser regardless of early games.

Johnny, honest answer. I DON'T think Mich has a free-roll on this thing.

A loss would leave them in a very bad spot. Here's why I say it:
*A Georgia loss by <14 pts would be viewed as a loss to a quality opponent.
    ...Let's say Alab wins 28-20.
...Your 4 teams would likely include Wash/Alab/Geo. Fourth team in order of preference would be: Mich/FlaSt/Texas.

Fla St plays at the same time as Mich. So, neither team would know the corresponding result.

You make a great point, tho. A Michigan loss would have people scratching their heads. Exposes how lame the committee is.

Johnny, you do bring up a great point, though. What if Michigan got so arrogant that they decided to punt this game?

ANNOUNCER: "Mich is clearing the bench. Walk-on now in at QB. Looks like Iowa is going to hold on for a 2-0 win."

Johnny, your call. In this world, can't let anyone else set your course.

I think it's going to be awfully tough w/o top player Dejean in the lineup.

MICH loses Off Lineman Zinter to injury. But I don't think he's as hard to replace.

The line is telling. It's a brutal game. I'm only spectating, no bet for me.

It would be an insane call. My opinion = if you like Iowa, just play the Points. +22

It's a monumental task to ask a team to beat an opponent that's so far superior.

Enjoy the beatdown. Michigan has an even better defense than Iowa. Iowa gets the chatter because they can’t do a thing on offense and without talking about their defense, there’s nothing to really talk about.
