    Not so sure about all of that. Kentucky had a decent 10-3 record... and they didn't even make the top 25 for 2019.

    They must grade on some sort of estimate performance and/or prediction for 2019.

    i agree that this is an actual predictive 2019 ncaa football rating.

    none of the 2018 upstart top 25 teams are on the list... off the top of my head, fresno state, utah state and as mentioned kentucky

    The Texas QB can’t throw the ball.

    He just runs over week Big 12 defenses.

    Texas is very overrated imo. Georgia didn’t care about that Sugar Bowl. They blew their wad against Bama and then quit on the season.

    It was the biggest game Texas has had in like 10 years.

    Probably a shot at me. I give out just as many plays against the Cuse as I do for them. No one knows them better than I, so how is that a bad thing? They’re easily a top 25 team.
