Anyone noticing the line movement on Colorado st @ Colorado ?

I just noticed the line is moving to Colorado state's favor, any reason for that?

First, a line movement from -7 to -6 1/2 is anything but a major movement. It is meaningless right now. Second, and this is by far the biggest thing that most amateurs overlook, Colorado State will have played a game and Colorado will just be starting out. There is a big difference between games 1 and 2. You have had a game to try and fix the kinks in the system if you have already played a game. The team who is playing against a team that has not played a game has a big advantage.

i thought i saw vague reference to colorado losing players to injury or suspension... although i did NOT see that reference today so it wouldn't have moved the line today

it's a bit odd to have first-line spread on a game involving a team with a game to play beforehand..... i would usually think of that as a special bet that few sportsbooks offer i.e. people asking on here for spread for game later in season.

It opened at 7.5, its been 7 for a week/10 days, today its been flirting with 6.5. Given all that Colorado probably wins by 17-20, and it should be a high scoring game.

seen alot of positive buzz on csu...... i thought probably like many that the team would just regress the longer time passed from when mcilvain - name? - went to florida. but it seems like they have stud returning qb, solid returning vets - not sure # of returning starters - and have recruited really well in the southeast.

colorado had such a great season last year that i think they'll have positive energy too.... lost all-pac 12 types - or close - in defensive secondary which was team strength.

Colorado's offense is going to be explosive AF this year. Their defense should suprise some people as well, better than the 4 returning starters says they are.

Colorado lost DB Tony Julmisee to suspension. That alone will not move the line because Colorado has no defense to begin with.

didn't they lose high nfl draft picks in the secondary? not sure teams like colorado can withstand losses like that. obviously top teams can.

Colorado folded like a cheap tent at the end of the 2016 seson, losing their last to games by a combined score of 79-18. How much of that is still around?

i remember washington pac12 game loss.. what was the other one? i assume it was a bowl game.................. if it was a bowl game, it's consistent with one of my leading bowl game theories: bet AGAINST upstart Big5 teams with great seasons in bowl games. basically bowl season is a new season, they don't have the momentum of the regular season.

It was Washington (who played for the national title) and OkSt, two really good teams and two great offenses. That's not "folding", that's just getting beat by teams who were supposed to beat you. He's talking out his ass again.

Mr. Chicken S**t talks out of his arse again. Losing games by a total of 31 and 30 points respectively is getting your arse kicked. Ralphie, you should know that, since you get yours kicked on a regular basis. And just for your information, you dumb idiot, Colorado was a 3 point FAVORITE against Oklanoma State. A 3 loss Okie State team that lost to both Central Michigan and Baylor. So tell me, you dumb f**k, how is being a 3 point favorite and losing by 30 not folding? If Okie State was "supposed" to beat Colorado, how come they were the dogs going into that game? How many times do I have to kick your worthless arse before you figure out just how stupid you really are. Just more fallacies and lies by the biggest Chicken S**t in here.

You really shouldn't say dumb shit just to prove a point. Teams have bad games. It happens quite frequently or else sports betting would be a lot easier. Didn't Ohio State lose by 31 in their last game of the season? Does that mean they will suck this year?

Colorado State Over/Under wins was also getting heavily juiced on the over. I think CU is overrated, people thinking too much on last year. I am a CU fan and expect CSU to beat CU. Unless CSU looks like crap tomorrow then i might change my mind but I think they kill Oregon St.
