    So Bo Pellini had never lost more than 4 games in 7 seasons at Nebraska and Mike Riley has lost at least 4 games a year in 14 seasons at Oregon State coming off of 7-6 and 5-7 records yet the latter replaces the former what am I missing?

    Not defending Riley but in fairness to him Oregon Statte did play much more difficult schedules than Pelini faced.
