    we didn't HAVE to pay him more because he WANTS the job badly. We also had to pay over $1M for his buyout. I'm sure his contract is LOADED with performance incentives

    ya chizik is a good dc choice.

    garrick mcgee uab coach will be OC apparently, a little surprising he would leave a HC job for OC job, but hes a good offensive coach.
