    Rejoice football fans! We're not going to have to watch multiple slaughters of mid-major teams in BCS bowl games this year with Fresno State's loss.
    Fresno State had no business being in consideration for a BCS Bowl game this year. They haven't played anyone to justify their worth as the No. 16 team in the nation. Their 10-0 record was propped up by creampuffs that they struggled with.

    only negative to this was that we lose a new years gift by fading them in the bcs where they would have lost by 30+

    But we get Jordan Lynch and that anemic NIU offense insead, ugh. Fresno state of gotten blown out with their juco defense in the BCS, but their offense would of made the game more entertaining than NIU.

    Mac definitely a joke. NIU is kinda special though. Hard to tell how good they are, same as every year when those cracker-jack conferences have teams run the table.

    61 sounds about right they are behind powerhouses like 4-8 tcu

    i can see allowing them to be ranked if they are undefeated this late in the season, but they should have been dropped now.
