I absolutely HATE Texas.... but for anyone to say that Alabama is a better job and Saban wont leave Alabama to go to Texas is a complete moron.

    1) Texas earns 2 times more than Alabama does. It earns more money than any other program in the nation, more than most NFL teams.
    2) Texas has its own ESPN network, giving a foot in the door to ESPN for any coach at Texas after retiring.
    3) Texas has a stadium that seats 101k right now and is planning on expanding to 115k, which they will easily sell out.
    4) Texas resides in the state with the best recruits and gets top recruiting classes even when they suck!
    5) Texas has top of the line facilitates, some of the best in the country.
    6) Texas can pay the most for any coach and afford any coaching staff for their HC.

    What's in it for Saban.
    1) More money.
    2) The elusive three championships from three different programs.
    3) Easy recruiting, he already recruits heavy out of Houston.
    4) A foot in the door to ESPN as a cushion job after he retires.
    5) He will never take that #1 spot reserved for Bear, he knows this and may move on.

Texas is a better program than Alabama in every way.
Texas also has a total of 15 Championships, they only claim four, unlike Alabama that claims non-championship years.
Nailed it. It's pretty easy to see that Twissle is half retarded.

Austin is great. Most of the 6-7's go to A&M in College Station while you see a lot of 10s in Austin.

Coaching Texas to a championship isn't a challenge... Coaching UNLV to a championship would be a challenge.

For those of you who missed the 60 Minutes piece on Saban last Sunday…here it is…be prepared to be impressed. Who would not hire this guy for whatever he wants? My favorite part is how he throws his hat at the players.

I would be shocked if this comes to fruition. This seems like the typical bullshit coaching search where the fanbase thinks they're better than they really are, an inflated perception of self.

However, if anyone can make an offer Saban cannot refuse, Texas AD is it.

Today's B.S. from a fan of the biggest B.S. team in sports. Texans are such bad liars. Teas has a grand total of 4 NCAA College Football Championships. This is well behind schools like Alabama, Notre Dame, Michigan, USC, Oklahoma, Nebraska, and others. The alleged recruits in Texas take a back seat to those in California and Florida. Knock off the Texas home B.S.

I didn't read past the 1st point of the post you quoted, but that is all you really need to read.

    $$$$

Saban doesn't end up at Texas for any other reason.
