No...actually I havent...just looking at a team that has improved week after week. Hats off to Alabama..they are great..But TEN will cover this spread.

I'd say Bama has been improving each week too so doesn't that cancel out Tenn improvement. Now tell us the real reason you think Tenn covers. I like under Tenn team total. I'm def interested in your thoughts on this game though.

The real reason is I have seen TEN getting better and better every week...nearly beating Georiga..beating South Carolina. They have def been in ALL of their games. I dont take anything away from BAMA they have played well every week..and have earned their number 1 spot...but really..TEN nearly beat a ranked team Georiga..then did beat The Gamecocks..another ranked team. I think the spread is WAY OFF..and TEN..will remain in this game too...covering that huge spread.

It's a lot of points but I'll pass. Bama's defense is ready in these SEC games and I'd be worried Tenn will get about the same amount of points as Arkansas did.
I kind like Vandy though. They can run the ball pretty effectively and should be a problem for A&M's flag football style tackling.

By the way...the spread has increased to 28...thats 4 touchdowns...which I think is outrageous. Yeh..Im really liking Vandy to cover that spread of 17..they looked good last week in their win over Georiga..although I admit..Georiga shot theirselves in the foot.

Bama has allowed 1 TD in 3 games at bryant denny. Opponents avg 3 ppg. Saban knows that from here on out style points count so I expect no mercy.

Ok..fair enough to all of the recent posters...BAMA hasnt played hardly ANYONE noteworthy...thats right hardly anyone. Yeah..I do think TEN can put up the 24pts. BAMA is the tean to beat..TEN..has gotten better and better si nce the OREGON flop. Make no mistake...BAMA aint playing Kentucky or Arkandas this Saturday...TEN is worthy of a better pt spread on this game..and think about it while your watching the game and TEN covers this ridiculous spread.

I don't know if they cover and don't care bc I won't be playing the spread. I do however have some interest in Tenn team total and pretty sure they won't score 24pts. Unfortunately Tenn team total will be sitting around 11.5/12. Wish it were 24 bc I'd but up the Brinks truck for that under team total.

Alabama already knows the score of Oregon - Tennessee. Since there is a chance of a 3 way tie with Oregon and FSU with all going undefeated they will keep scoring on Tennessee until they better the Oregon - Tennessee score. Originally Posted by cutter341975

Alabama doesn't suck. I know they have the easiest schedule of any top 15 team, not named Ohio State, but they are very good. Last week was a perfect spot for Bama as they were going against a MAC level team in Arkansas and Saban was getting on their case for not dominating like they should.
Hard game to cap mainly because Tenn is improving and Bama is ultra talented, plus I feel like that Defense is motivated to keep that scoreless streak going.
Push come to shove, I am taking Bama.

Thank you for helping to prove my point.. Alabama doesn't suck. they have a very easy schedule. Tennessee has played talented teams. Tennessee will cover the spread. because Tennessee has improved.

Rest assure, you should take their easy schedule into consideration with regards to the BCS should they lose a game, but not for your capping. Not this team, not this year...
But that is okay. As long as you feel you have a beat on this Tennessee team that is usually more than enough. Pull the trigger. Don't get caught in who Bama is or is not.
