    Rewind the play. The guy is on the field and can still block and the whistle didn't blow. How was it a penalty? Sunseri was still being tackled. Defender reached out his hand and the guy falls down. It wasn't a hit. He put his arm out and the guy fell like a bitch and they throw a flag.
