    2 really bad calls: the 4th down play wasn't a 1st down and then the following TD wasn't a TD he was juggling and the foot they are saying was down (if he had control at that point) was on the line

    They always use the bail out of it being not 100% conclusive. It was only 98% conclusive, so the play stands.
