    Penn State/Wisconsin In-Game Thread

    Wisconsin currently leading 14-7. Badgers closed as a 17 point fave at most shops.

    Weird, they have been safe with the ball lately. Very uncharacteristic, but they had to play a smart, ball controlling game to keep this close and they are handing Wisconsin touchdown after touchdown giving them short field.

    Move on to the next game.
