Traps are Set for Next Weeks College Football

    -2.5 South Carolina vs Georgia
    +3.5 Michigan vs Notre Dame
    -6.5 Texas vs ByU
    -6 MSU vs Auburn

Who's not going to be biting at most of those?

Interesting. Pavy, do you have future lines for NFL games? like week 2, 3, etc.

I know someone out there had them.

Based on that, lots of value on Auburn.....if that even counts.

Notre Dame was killed with turnovers last week. They are not an elite team, but are better than they were last year. Brian Kelly's teams do nothing but improve.

USF is a good fade next week. That offense looked dismal. BJ Daniels is not to be trusted coverng as a fav. Skip Holtzs is a big time coach, but a QB away from the BCS.

Thanks. That book has some really nice options. Is it legit? Never really seen it.

    Steelers only -4 vs Niners

Based on all the lines, Niners could actually do well.

They make lines for the whole season, and depending on injuries or suspensions or other unknown circumstances they move them around a little bit. But they dont usually move too much off what they figure them as when they first get the schedule. LVSC used to make the lins for all of vegas and offshore, not sure if they still do or not. But thye basically got the schedule and made every line going forward in all sports. I am sure they still do it, and if they dont someone else does.

Biggest issue with trying to fade what is percieved as a trap game is that there are generally 4 games per week in the NFL and 8 games in college per week that look to be traps.

THESE GAMES USUALLY GO 2-2 and 4-4

So you will lose juice every week.

For me to go against the superior team, there has to be many peramiters in place

    1) Make sure Im going against a road favorite (Bobby Smith's book points out that home teams win 70% of their games)
    2) go against the public if they are on the road favorite for that game
    3) go against the scamdicappers if they are on the same game with the public
    4) If everyone is on the road favorite and the line goes in the other direction (Reverse line drop)
    5) Check various message boards and make sure everyone is being taken to the shed

I have had success doing this, Its too early right now but i will post my plays this weekend.

Also, Im not a bragger and I will not get into pissing matches with anyone, win or lose, it is what it is.

You cant just simply look at line movement. Did Auburn show you anything that makes you think they can compete verse a quality SC team? Yeah they put up points and came back late but it was Utah State at home. Miss State is a team on the rise, while Auburn is rebuilding this year. Even if they can score against SEC defenses, their own defense was pretty terrible last year and got worse with the lose of Fairley, Etheridge, Bynes, etc.

There's more to it than that. Fading all "traps" will get you no where as things change. Plus definition of trap is debatable.

Patriots are -3 @ Miami Typical trap game, right....

So I'm liking this +3, line steams up to -7....some might be happy to get +7 now and "value" lol, to me a no play now or pound the shit out NE ML.

Goes to -2.5, now everything is decided for you.

Not the first time I have heard this and makes ALOT of sense, especially points 1, 2 and 4. I have noticed a lot of line value in taking the home dog.

None of that stuff matters. I did not even watch the game.

My biggest play was Ball State, I can't even name one player on the team.

If someone starts talking about "last week" then it's usually a good time to fade....

ND couldnt even beat an average S Florida team...AT HOME ! someone said IF NOT FOR THE 5 TURNOVERS.....but they still count...and ND sucks....now they go in and try to contain our boy at QB up there....please

Early look...MICHIGAN crushes them and they arent special either...

Geo is awful....look like they were drawing up plays in the sand on Saturday....no chemistry at all on that team...that was awful and Richt needs to go....

BYU sucks too...Miss is awful and BYU barely won......and dont sell Texas short....they were not going to show anything against RICE and still blew them out....

Auburn haven't played an SEC team yet. They just played a warm up game this week. They are very capable on beating any SEC team on any given day.

Home Field is huge in the SEC.

Georgia was not really at home on the turf.

Oregon would be murdered even more in Death Valley.
