Baylor has an awesome athlete in Robert Griffin at QB. Their problem is he's not surrounded by a lot of other great athletes, which is a big reason they lost their last 5 games in a row to end last year, including a 38-14 loss to a very average Illinois program in the Texas Bowl.
TCU lost a ton of talent from last years Rose Bowl winning team, including QB Andy Dalton and several others to the NFL. The Frogs have a Sophomore QB making his first start tonight. They also have a revamped offensive line protecting him. But the reality is that TCU is a major power in NCAA football now. They recruit tons of top athletes from around Texas and beyond. They're returning all their big play wideouts, plus the core of their defense from last years undefeated team.
The line dropped to 3.5 on this solely due to the unknowns, mostly with Pachall taking over at QB. Regardless, I think TCU wins this pretty easily. They simply have too many weapons at too many different positions.
TCU 28-14.

It humors me when people say that TCU "plays nobody". Thats such an ignorant argument its laughable. Anyone who doesn't recognize that TCU is a top 5 program over the past 5 years or so simply doesn't watch much college football.

Who would've beaten TCU last year? Wisconsin was the hottest team in the country when they lost to TCU in the Rose Bowl. You honestly think Auburn or Oregon would've stomped them? Its not TCU's fault who's in their conference. Look at the athletes they have at each position. I might back off to Top 10, but nothing less. I'm not some TCU homer. I went to Texas. But the truth is these kids kick ass. Period.
