i have provided screen shot evidence and video evidence that their casino game is broken and robbed me of the ability to CASHOUT on a 1000x win! First they ask for picture evidence and denied it. Then I show them video evidence and they say it’s not error on their side and it might be my connection! But I placed two wagers on the flight and one was working and the other wasn’t! How is that a connection issue? Extremely rude customer service that will hang up on you and end chats

I was locked out from being able to CASHOUT on the casino game skyward. I had to 2$ wagers going at the same time. One wager operated fine and the other would not allow me to CASHOUT as the plane flew all the way up to 1600x. I had already lost 600$ on this game and received low and bad multipliers. The one chance I get to capitalize this rigged game doesn’t allow me to CASHOUT. It also took the money for both wagers. After screen shot evidence betonlines vendor of the game demanded a video of the scenario. So I had to go and waste money again on this money pit of a game. I go back and play a couple times and eventually the error happens the exact way again. I put the first wager in and then the second. When the round starts on the first wager I am locked out but the second one runs. With this proof I think surely I can recieve a reimbursement with this evidence! Absolutely not betonline customer service tells me it’s a problem with my cellphone connection! Yet the other wagers on both events have one bet functioning properly and the other does not! I have had chats ended on me and calls hung up on me! This is a site I have been on for four years and have recommended at least four people at my job that play frequently! I am beyond stressed with this situation. I would like some type of help with this because betonline robbed me of my winnings!

That day I spent 600$ alone on that game and got all bad and low numbers. So I deposited more money and played again a few minutes after. I asked them either to pay me the 1000x win or at least refund me my 650$ dollars I lost playing on a broken game. The plane went up a total of 1600x and I had a 2$ wager. I certainly would have cashed out at least to get my money back that I had lost. 300x

After looking at your screenshots it does show that you cashed out at 3.05x. Just because you screenshot the game going to 1637x and your picture is taken at 1080x doesn't mean you cashed out at that amount. You have no evidence in screenshot or video that shows anything really.

Not sure how you expect or demand them to pay you $650 or $2000 or whatever amount when you've not provided any evidence that you actually should have or did win that amount.

You can't place two wagers on one game/flight. So if there is any type of resolution that would be owed on BetOnline's side it would be $6.10 because it does show the second bet (even if it wasn't accepted). But to think you're entitled to some 1000x payout when you cashed out yourself or with auto-cashout feature at 3.05x is wild to me. It's like you taking a screenshot of someone else's 21 in Blackjack when you opted to stand on 16 and thinking you are entitled to the 5 that they drew.

You can have two wagers going at the same time! The black dots don’t allow me to cashout. That’s the entire purpose of having two spots to bet. And they took my money on both wagers. Come on man you can’t have seen the video and screenshots and don’t understand or comprehend. Also the point of having two wagers going is to cash one out early and let the other one ride. I wasn’t given that ability therefore I want to be compensated because I spent 600$ well over a hour and received nothing but low numbers and the one time I get the opportunity to get my money back and more I am locked out of cashing out. I find it highly reasonable to either receive my money back I have played on a broken game or give me a win. Why wouldn’t I cash out if I had the ability to with the plane going all the way to 1600x? And then waste all this time and energy to go and complain about it.

Their report is that there is no error on their end and that it was a connection error on my part. If that is the case why was my money taken and why is the other wager still live. It’s makes zero sense it’s just an excuse to not payout. I recommend you go and try the game and understand the function of it. Anyone that had played skyward would clearly understand especially with my evidence. I’ll cashapp the money to you to try it yourself. If you have people spending a large amount Of money on your casino games they should function properly. You cannot equate this to blackjack this game has a multiplier of .01x to up to 100,000x.

I haven't played Skyward but I've played Crash variants on many other sites and none allow more than one bet per round.

How is the site supposed to know when you were going to cashout though? Your evidence still isn't really evidence of anything. In crash games on other sites it makes you agree to the terms about connection issues before playing each time. Does it do that on BOL?

Your video shows nothing that you state and your picture is just a picture of it going to 1080x (ended on 1637x).

If you learn anything from this it's that you should have auto-cashout amounts set. If you can place two bets, do one at 3x and another at 1000x or whatever it is you're trying to hit. That way if there is a glitch at least it auto-cashes you out at the amounts you set.

It definitely allows two bets at one flight ie pictures showing the boxes. The entire point is that yes I should be reimbursed because I missed on an opportunity to cash out. You clearly see in the video they charged me for both bets. First it was I didn’t cash out then it was we see no errors then it was the screen shots mean nothing then they wanted video evidence so I waste more money to send them the evidence and they do nothing and blame my connection. You can’t say it’s the connection and I have another active bet that makes zero sense.

I'll say the same thing to this that I said above. How should anyone know when you would have cashed out? If they look through your bet history for this game and you never let it ride beyond 10x, how can they think you'd actually plan to stick it out to 100x or 500x or 1000x, etc?
