i read this just now on a forum, looks like you want to set up a bitcoin wallet before you send the money to a bitcoin bank.....i dont know what breadwallet is, maybe you'd want to research what the best bitcoin wallet to use, would be.
"So bitcoin is one of the withdrawal options on 5dimes, and it will just ask you for an amount and a bitcoin address. Typically takes ~24 hours to process. I have an account on Coinbase, linked to my checking account. Coinbase is one of the bigger bitcoin banks where you can buy and sell at market price. I already had an account set up there because I did some "legitimate" bitcoin speculation back in the day when it was super volatile.
I've heard talk of Coinbase accounts being closed for receiving deposits directly from gambling sites. So, I run everything through a bitcoin wallet first. I use an IOS app called breadwallet. So, I give my wallet address from breadwallet to 5dimes, wait about a day and the money is in my wallet, then transfer it to coin base (this step is instantaneous). Then sell it on Coinbase and the money is in my checking account in another 1-2 days.'
