    Wladimir Klitschko vs Alexander Povetkin

    This boxing super fight should be awesome. I hope Klitschko wins.



    The fight is between the 60-3 Klitschko who has been heavyweight champion for 7 years straight against undefeated Alexander Povetkin. I know Povetkin has one heavyweight belt and I think all 5 (or more) of Klitschko's are on the line in this Super Fight.

    The fight takes place in Moscow, Russia and because of this it is on at 3:30 PM today on HBO (it is on channel 501 on Directv). I tried to order the fight just on ppv, but it was a fukking chore because the DirecTV associate didn't know there could be a boxing fight in the afternoon even after I told them multiple times. They kept on talking about the Cotto fight tonight. I ended up ordering HBO for a month, so I assume I'll get to see the Cotto fight as well.

    I'm hoping Klitschko punches Povetkin's liver out of his body. I'm literally surprised Klitschko (a guy who looks like a Polish Ivan Drago) hasn't killed a man in the ring yet.

    The real question is "how many rounds of ammunition do you think will be in the crowd in Moscow tonight?" Over/under 1,000,000.

    I would just watch this fight and not bet on it, because I read there has apparently been a good bit of money from "some criminal elements within Russia" coming in on this fight between the Russian Povetkin and the Polish Klitschko. But the fam is on over 8.5 rounds in the Cotto/Rodriguez fight tonight.

    dude I didn't realize Klitchko was Polish

    this should be a very interesting fight...unfortunately I cheer for both guys to win...however the Ukranian Klitchko has my vote of confidence in this one.

    It's too bad I can't attend this one Bubblez- doing some traveling for work right now...will be watching it on the web in the hotel room

    And whoever says "boxing is dead" is missing the boat. Yeah, I wish there were some legit American heavyweights right now too and even though Mayweather is my boy (the list below is badass), I love seeing a good heavyweight fight, like most other real men. Boxing is down, it is NOT dead.

    yup...Ukraine..which is a former republic of USSR

    20 years ago you could of called Klitcho Russian...now he's Ukrainian

    ...but for old timers like me who were born in USSR all these athletes remain Russian...and that's why I pull for both fighters

    Funny thing is that I have actually met both brothers in Manhattan Beach, CA 7 years ago on the trail near PCH...they used to have a house over there and would run together every single morning on the beach.

    I'm 6'1 about 195lbs and I felt like a midget standing next to them

    Wlad opened -1000 or that area...he dropped to -625 than -495 now I look at 5dimes in the morning and he's only -345 now.

    I have Wlad winning this via stoppage.

    Well it started with -1400 and now you can have Wlad for -305. Kind of suspicious line drop but I do not think Wladimir needs money from any russian oil baron. All-in.

    I was able to get Povetkin when Wlad was -1100. I have Povetkin, Cotto, Chagaev, Selby, Mitchell, & Salinas straight & in different parlay combo's. GL everyone.

    Good luck with those parlays..

    Povet just doesn't have the head movement or ability to get inside to endanger Wlad's chin...I could be wrong...good luck again

    If the referee deducts points from Wlad for holding then this fight could get interesting.

    Put a small amount on Povetkin inside the distance. Maybe the referee will even DQ Wlad. I have a feeling something unexpected is going to happen tonight
