    An upset in the making

    Stephen Bonnar WILL beat Anderson Silva.

    His size + wrestling is going to over match Silva.
    This line is off for a reason. The books know Bonnar is the toughest guy at this moment compared to any other fighter Anderson Silva has ever fought.
    What I'm getting at, is the books know you will bet Silva and inflated that line.

    Lines like this are designed to keep people off of the favorite and draw sucker bets on the underdog. The books will need Anderson to win. It would be incredibly dumb of them to need an underdog with such a little chance as Bonnar to somehow pull out a win for them.

    Anderson is a huge favorite and therefore yields very little profit for bettors. If he wins, the books don't have to pay the players much. But if Bonnar wins, since every bet on him yields a HUGE payoff, the books would have to payout a solid chunk of change.

    They won't be heavy on either guy, but would prefer Anderson.

    i very much doubt it... the best bet on this fight IMO is goes the distance at 3/1 . I guess you could call it a value play as silva could well KO bonnar, But i think its probable enough to have a stab at +300
