    It's my understanding that many of the btc farms have moved out of China but that doesn't mean these entities don't still control enough to manipulate like crazy.

    Short-term yes. Long-term No. All of the smart exchanges like binance have moved out of China and all bitcoin businesses to follow. Miners have moved out to cooler climates like North America. The show will go on even without China. Their own digital currency will suck ass, no one will want to own commie coin driving the price of crypto even further in years to come.
