I try to withdrawal on 20 Oct. They reject it My account blocked, they ask me for special Selfies.
I should send them a paper handwrtten with "The World Cloudbet" + selfie with ID + utility Bill. Which i did.
After almost 1 week, i received a message that my Account is unblocked...so i log in and saw my balance is 0!

I had exactly 0.05151265.

They cancelled 2 Bets, from 3. Oct and 6 Oct, just right after my successful verification.

So for what did i this all? What are they thinking, that i deposit again and bet there?

I received the Email on 31 OCT, so right after my Verification.
Thank you for your patience whilst we reviewed your account.Having consulted with our sportsbook provider, we voided the following bets because they were placed after a result had been determined, thus giving you an unfair advantage by placing a bet which has already been deemed a winner.

Everything was fine, nothing was cancelled after 1! Month till i try to withdrawal.

- My Account get blocked
- Tey asked for selfies. Paper handwritten "The World Cloudbet" one hand and on the other hand my id. Same picture. My girlfriend asked me what the hell is going on here.

After 5-6 days > Account unblocked > Bets cancelled > Balance 0.
I got a message from Cloudbet Team, that my problem with my Account is solved. Oh yeah.

About the complaint here, i made already one befor, redbet but never get a reply from the team. So i feel like no one care about that. But redbet paid me, thatīs the good part.

If you "past posted" and didn't reach out to Cloudbet to notify them, shame on you.

On the other hand, the KYC circus is absurd and shame on Cloudbet for that.

For me, any crypto book that asks for KYC under almost any circumstances is unacceptable. A major reason why bettors would consider playing with those books is anonymity.

I think harping on them for the "1 month" thing isn't very reasonable unless Cloudbet also confiscated further winnings generated from that "past posted" play. In that case, yes it's unacceptable.

And how in the... is cloudbet "B" reviewed here? Which bookie void 2 Bets after almost a month? Rejecting the Withdrawal, lock the account asking for selfies like holding a paper with "the world cloudbet" and after successful verification, void the bets?

yes sorry my wrong. They canceled the 2 Bets.i try to withdrawal on 13,14 and 20 Oct. Was wondering why always my Withdrawal got rejected. So i ask after the 20 OCt. got a reply some days later that i have to send my Documents + the special Selfie....
my Account got blocked.

After days again, i got a PN on a other Forum from Cloudbet Support, who told me, that my issue is now solved...i was happy and loged in instanly into my Account and couldnt believe my eyes > 0.

Why is Cloudbet which have again a "B" Review here, pushing me tru the rare and weird KYC and after that all, setting my Balance to 0?

Hi Optional. Itīs been now 3 Weeks, when i send my complaint.
Everything is clear showen on my screenshots. The 2 bets, my withdrawal....which was always cancelled. I can upload also the email conversations, the kyc torture ect.
and still this bookie is "B" reviewed here. I feel like, i donīt get any help here.

You should stay away from Cloudbet. A lot of bas stories on their side. espcially when it comes to big volumes, they like to keep the money for a long time and then wait untill the player cancel withdrawal and then blame the user.

The only explanation I could think of is that he maybe ended up with a negative balance due to some bets he lost later on.

The Screenshots doesnt give you ANY information? Are you serous? And you are asking me, was Cloudbet right to cancel?

Who have rights to cancel after 3 penetrating weeks 2 bets and put your Balance on Zero? Asking first about weird Selfies, like type World Cloudbet on a Paper with a selfie and shit.....and after all done, unlock your account and surprise you with 0 balance?

well, if this is the way you communicate with the Bookies as well, you don't need to wonder if things don't go your way.

And yes, cancellations should not happen after three weeks, for sure. But all I can see on the screenshots are some odds that don't fit with the matches or bet description:

Livingston FC - Celtic FC / Draw no bet / @1,94
Sporting CP - LASK / Draw no bet / @4,70

While Livingston won the 1st match 2-0 as @12 dog and Sporting won as @2 favorite.

And as moojoo noticed, if the bet were cancelled, your account shouldn't be at Zero but you should get back your stake. So this is all very strange, and I'm just asking to bring some light into it.

Sporting DNB @4.70 was a live bet at halftime when LASK was 0-1 down, right?

Livingston - Celtic, I don't see any point in the match where one team would have been priced 1.94 for the DNB. I assume this bet belongs to another match?!

Maybe you can re-upload two clear screenshots of those two bets. That would help a lot.

I had issues with cloudbet last year. Confiscated what was worth then 18k. At moment their location was in montenegro(fake address), and their license was fake(registered on another company). They scammed lot of people from balkan which tried to find more details about bookmaker but all they managed to find are those dead ends. Account was closed and their explanation was that governing body will investigate it... I asked which body and they pointed to their fake license so I knew immediately that i wont see my money.
It was over a year since it happened so i dont know if in meantime they got actual license or not...
