Why would anyone choose a book like Cloudbet for money laundering?

There a plenty of top rated BTC books that are way better options than Cloudbet if you intend to turn over high volumes

If he was suspected though which it does not seem the case any book btc included would investigate and KYC him Nitrogen, Fairlay and Betcoin included AML for some reason is a big deal

Of those three, Fairlay is the only one that confiscates winnings plus deposits. Nitrogen and Betcoin pay you, then ban you if they suspect money laundering. The rules are irrelevant since two pay..

We've been over this before. Fairlay stole the money. They didn't pay the player and they didn't pay authorities. This is why I don't play at Fairlay.

Nitrogen dwarfs Fairlay. Pure numbers say more tried at Nitrogen than Fairlay.

I just read the rules at Nitrogen. If I didn't miss something, it mentions nothing about AML.

They are packing and running away maybe. As they will have a maintenance on February 12 2019.

I provided everything that they asked. Still they are doing this to me. I rightfully won everything I got on there FAIRLY.

NOW I am treated like this, they cant even respond on email or anywhere anymore.

I just hope sportsbookreview could help me. This is stressful and frustration so much.

That sounds like the automatic mail we send back after you submit from help@sportsbookreview.

If you have that, SBR received your complaint. A dispute agent will contact you back by email soon hopefully.

They added a section 14 on there terms and conditions.

    https://web.archive.org/web/20180605...and_conditions

This one was the old one

And this is the new one with section 14

    https://www.cloudbet.com/en/terms_and_conditions

I think they did that because of my complaint. Now I hope they respond and do what is right now.

There is a thread titled "Fairlay" or something like that here at SBR. There are links in that thread that take you to another forum that talks about a player who's funds were confiscated. The story seems to be 100% true.

It appears the client was "washing" BTC there. I think that's how the story went??!?!? Whoever is reading this can correct me if I'm wrong... or put more into the story.

There is nothing any watchdog site like sbr or any other site can do to help here. There domain is who is privacy protected. They don't care about sbr rating or any other rating if they want to run. Their domain is who is privacy protected in the whois data but you can easily obtain all information from the registrar via legal means. But you will need lot more than that after that and you should have started the process long time ago instead of blowing up the story online. Make sure you use a savvy lawyer team that has good knowledge of bitcoin and sports betting. Since the registrar is Canadian company, thats where you want to start the process.

@optional, not sure as of recent, but in the past I've filed complaints and never heard back. It seems like several people these days have this experience, being hit or miss with getting complaints handled. Not sure if understaffed or too many complaints coming in, but it seems like complaints have been slow to be addressed lately (in past month).

BETG gave Fairlay KYC information. Then Fairlay said that they wanted a video and BETG wouldn't give them a video.

BETG promised to gamble and Fairlay said, "no".

Yes I have sent them documents long time ago but they still don't want to process withdrawall... I have been in contact with them in the first months and promised to play for deposit (when I realized it's necessary) also withdraw to same address (if they think it's mixing) and other proposals and they have denied all, then decided to sent them kyc and they still didn't payout... still new excuses like video within 24 hours and I denied so 24h passed like 2 months ago? so for them it's all over, RED FLAG FOR THEM, DO NOT PLAY HERE!

He definitely needs a lawyer so that subpoenas can be sent to get all relevant information.

If an attorney is able to serve Cloudbet, then Cloudbet may offer you some type of deal. I'm sure that they don't want to go through the whole legal process and negative publicity.

Good news is that a 3rd party arbitrator is involved...wonder if you can ask if SBR can be arbitrator? I would not direct any more communication to cloud bet and try to contact arbitrator directly...I would also ask arbitrator for a time frame...

Swofty waited too long and gave them the upper hand. You cannot rely on 3rd party arbitrator with this kind of money. It is very likely the decision will go in their favor. But you can scare even a corrupt arbitrator into fair decision if you present your case with the business details of the book in question. How can a arbitrator make fair decision without name of the people, phone numbers and addresses behind the people running the business. In the mean time, the player has provided every single info about him to the book and from what I read, some conflicting info. Not looking good. I hope you atleast get your deposits back to the original address where it was sent from.
