I have been a loyal and old member of Nitrogen Sports for quite some time now (4 years I believe) and today i'm experiencing an issue that I've never experienced before.

I made a withdraw request today on Wednesday 1:36 AM EDT. Then I went to sleep expecting it to be processed within 1-2 hours like usual. The most I've waited for a withdrawal was 5-6 hours. I'm from those days where back them, withdrawals used to take 5-10 mins.

10 hours later I log in my account and see the withdrawal still pending. I ask in their chatbox why is the withdrawal still pending after requesting it 10 hours ago, and I get the usual reply from the moderator "WD's can take up to 24 hours to be processed..". Ok, I understand that and aware of that perfectly, just that I have never seen any of my withdraw take this long before.

Fast forward some time later, I tried to say something in chat and I get: "12:01pm System [0]You are banned for another 9999939 minutes (Account Frozen)."

I have never experienced anything like this before. So I sent a ticket to the support why my account is being frozen. I have done nothing wrong. I've always bet by the rules and have at least 250-500 BTC in transactions/bets since I've joined Nitrogen.

This is the reply I get from the support:

I have not bet on any late lines that i am aware of. Never ever. I always place my bets in time. Even for live wagers, I have never placed any bet late.

Earlier today there was another user in their chat who was complaining about the same issue, and I got that exact same reply that he got also.

There was another user who said there was 2-3 other people who is have similar problems, and another one who got his account frozen also for late lines and got it unfrozed after 30 minutes of talking with support.

My withdrawal was finally processed but I don't understand why my account is still frozen with bitcoins in it and I have yet to receive a reply from the support. It's been 3 hours now.

You're clearly trolling. I have not made any past post aka "late lines" bets whatsoever. And there are various users having their account frozen today for the same reason. Seems to happen when you're making a withdraw.

Looks like every withdrawal is being delayed severely and several users having their account locked.

I just got a reply from support.

The last esport bet I made is this one:https://nitrogensports.eu/betslip/a3...WkVKUT09/Which was made at 1:48 am EDT, well before the start time at 2:00 am EDT. Also the wager lost anyways. Besides that, I have not wagered on any late lines whatsoever.

I am aware of all the e-sports betting problems with Nitro but I don't get how my account is frozen over a bet which was made well before the start time and the wager LOST anyhow?

No way I'll be betting esports in Nitro from now on if it's such a hassle, it was already a burden before but now it's gotten completely overboard.

Good news: My account finally is unlocked, still no reply from support regarding this matter. I assume my account is back to normal as I'm able to chat without the notice of me being banned (Account Frozen) and I just place a small wager successfully.

Another user also had his account unlocked recently. There's that.

Well Nitro almost gave me a heart attack today and ruined my afternoon (I accomplished nothing in this beautiful sunny day besides being on my CPU all afternoon and stressing out over this situation). Hopefully I can have a better evening

Correct. There's a lot of issues going on right now with esports in Nitrogen. And that's an understatement.

From very low limits, lines/event offered, very slow grading to late lines and such. You name it. According to them, they are currently trying to fix it/upgrade it.

Better to avoid it in all for the time being or you risk to have delays with your withdraws or worst yet, your account being banned aka "under review".
