    Something different than the general discussion thread

    I'll start

    1.) Always leave money in your USD wallet on Coinbase. This is extremely important to have when the entire market goes south. I generally hold a fair amount of ethereum but primarily trade alt-coins. So I keep a reserve in my USD wallet on Coinbase (about 10%) and in general I keep about 10% reserve in BTC on Bittrex for those times when BTC strengthens and coins like ada/xrp weaken.

    2.) Read and learn about trading pairs and triplets (for arbs). This is basic currency trading stuff but understand how to assess the strength of both coins involved in a trade against each other.

    I have more I'll share later, mainly things that most know but might help some noobs starting out. Looking forward to hearing what you guys do.

    Anyone here using a bot to trade? I've been thinking about it. Pros/Cons?

    I generally agree but there's money to be made every day by trading. I love trading ETH/BTC. My ego won't let me just hold. I hold in the stock market and that's boring as shit, I check in once a year. This is an action junkies dream, like a roided out Forex
