    Circle bitcoin

I've been using circle a lot and Tuesday had a sell transaction denied. This morning I got the email below and am not sure how to answer the questions.

Your account is ready to go again!

We’ve noticed you use Circle a lot. That's awesome!

We have a quick question because we need to make a brief note about some of your transfers in order to comply with U.S. and E.U. regulations. This information is confidential and is only gathered to meet record-keeping requirements.

Whenever is convenient, do you mind sharing with us some information about your transaction activity?

    What is your primary occupation?
What do you use to transact with Circle: your income, savings, investments, gifts, loans, or other? If other, please specify.
What is the purpose of these transfers?
Thanks again for your time and for being a Circle customer!

    Sincerely,

    Sam - Team Circle

    Looks like your being investigated.

I've heard stories (although not a lot) of Circle banning people.

Are you using the blockchain as a middleman?

I've also heard that doesn't stop the Circle Ban sometimes.

I do the Kraken method which a poster was nice enough to share.

The theory is it will keep Circle at bay.

Hang on until some people who have been through this can give you advice.

it sounds like this level of check is pretty standard though so should be just a case of giving them suitable answers.

Didn't mean to sound alarmist, KBR.

I use Circle a lot but have not received a questioning email.

I spent a few hours preparing for a scenario in which you described, and was a bit over-zealous in sharing.

Wait for some more experienced Circle users to chime in like Opti suggested.
