do not use cicle or coinbase to send bit coin directly.
If you buy and send bitcoin from circle or coinbase you will get banned. get a third party wallet from airbitz or bread wallet or mycelium send coins from cicle or coinbase to wallet first and then to spotsbook. if you get banned from them you will be forced to go to atm bitoin machine or buy the hard and you know what I'm talking about.
What about payout? I thought the whole benefit of Bitcoin was anonymous transactions? How can coinbase or circle know where transaction originated from or is to??

You don't have to use Circle or Coinbase. They are just set up to use US bank accounts so seem easy to new users. But there are many Bitcoin exchangers and markets you can use.
Independentreserve.com will let you deposit and withdraw to your US bank account by wire and, being Australian licensed, do not care if you gamble or not with the funds. Flat $20 fee for the wire withdrawal and whatever your bank charges to send one when depositing.

cashing out with coinbase and circle is lighting fast ,if I cash out before midnight on circle the money is in my bank account in the morning. buy bitcoind from circle or coinbase but never send coins to sportsbooks or gambling sitesbecause they have a way of finding out and will ban you from purchasing bitcoin and it is a serious pan in ass to get other ways and more money.

you should be ok, next time sends coins back to 3rd paey wallet and then send to coinbase or circle to lose the trail of sports book.

Yes, should always use a third wallet to send to sportsbooks.
Blockchain is great.
I use Circle and Blockchain and I've never had a problem. Both sites are great.
if i send my money in blockchain wallet and then in circle or coinbase... there is a problem?? is better use airbitz like third wallet for losing the track gaming
