Coinbase CC not verified
Has anybody had an issue with Coinbase changing a credit card from verified to not verified. I have been making instant buys with a backup verified credit card with no problem and now the card shows that it is not verified.
I'm still waiting on them for an answer.
Was the card issued by Chase?
No, it's a capital one card. I checked with the card to see if they had any issues and they said the card was good to go, nothing on their end was an issue.

Not sure that is the same issue, mine is a CC backup and not the primary bank account and it was verified already for months. They sure aren't very quick with their email support either, sent out Friday.
But if Capital One has issue with Bitcoin, doesn't matter if it is primary card, backup card or linked bank account. And it could just have taken them some time to notice you are using Bitcoin, wouldn't be the first time card worked for a while before suddenly getting flagged.Originally Posted by 5918mike
So nothing yet from CB, I deleted the card from the payment methods and re-inputted and verified this morning, all back to normal. Weird. Instant buy is working fine again.
After getting the card verified again my purchase still didn't go through instantly. CB finally responded and had no explanation for this but said the buy SHOULD have processed instantly and it would be reported to the engineers so that they can look into the issue.
