    An example:
    SBR Sportsbook is down and we will update you as soon as we have more information on the problem. Thank you for your understanding.

    Posted also as a stickie and updated.

    Would anybody else appreciate that and think it would a decent idea?

    Just an update, our IT Team is working to get the SBR Book back up and running today - ran into an issue yesterday that caused it to go down.

    Trying to get to the root cause so it does not happen again. Frustrating I know, especially with the MLB Contest running, but we appreciate your patience here.

    Also not uncommon for Balances to show 0 while Book is down, those have always gotten restored when book came back up.
