Been two weeks since I ordered bitcoin from the Sbr Store and no luck in receiving it. I've reached out to the Sbrcashier multiple times and no response. Only SBR Genie in the Live Help desk has answered my chat saying she will contact them and appoligized for the Delay. Hoping there isn't a issue but I would like that bitcoin to use it haha. Anyone else with this issue and more importantly the lack of Communications from the Store before?

How does a site take two weeks to send you Bitcoin? Should take no longer than a day excluding holidays. SBR should have a wallet ready to go loaded with Bitcoin at all times.

It's usually two weeks but with the holidays, covid and bitcoin market volatility whether that factors in who knows. You will get it hopefully within two/three weeks time frame. I too have a pending transaction and this wait has been the longest.
